Join Visit Gering, Scotts Bluff County Tourism, and Nebraska Extension for a fun, interactive hospitality training designed to strengthen customer service and showcase the best of our community.

This free 2½-hour session combines traditional customer service skills with the unique needs of travelers and tourists. Whether you work in retail, restaurants, lodging, attractions, convenience stores, or other front-line businesses, this practical training will help you better serve visitors and create memorable experiences.

Participants will gain:
• Improved customer service and communication skills
• Tips for making recommendations and sharing local information
• Greater knowledge of area attractions and hidden gems
• A better understanding of how tourism supports the local economy

This engaging, research-based session is ideal for front-line staff, managers, and anyone who interacts with visitors in our community. Snacks and materials will be provided.
