Wildcat Hills activities during the passport season

• Holiday Hike: A festive, family-friendly hike is scheduled for Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
• December programs: The Nature Center also offers a homeschool program on Thursday, December 18, 2025, focused on “Evergreens & Winter Wildlife,” where participants learn how plants and animals survive the winter.
• Other activities: In addition to events, the recreation area offers a variety of outdoor activities for visitors to enjoy, including:
  • Bird viewing at the Nature Center’s observation decks
  • Hiking and biking on numerous trails
  • Visiting the shooting sports complex
